By accessing or using Velr (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use Velr. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Velr is an adult services platform that connects independent adult service providers (“Providers”) with clients (“Clients”). We provide the technology infrastructure for profile hosting, secure messaging, and safety features. Velr does not employ Providers and is not a party to any agreements or transactions between Providers and Clients.
All users must be 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm you are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction. Velr reserves the right to terminate accounts where age requirements or legal eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Velr is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Users are solely responsible for all content they post. Velr reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the community, without prior notice. Providers are responsible for ensuring all content they upload is accurate and compliant with applicable laws.
Velr provides optional safety features such as check-ins, emergency contacts, and a panic button. These features are provided as a convenience and do not guarantee user safety. Velr is not liable for any harm arising from the use or non-use of safety features.
Velr may charge service fees for use of the Platform. All fees will be disclosed before any transaction. Payments processed through the Platform are subject to our payment processor's terms. Velr is not responsible for disputes between Providers and Clients over services rendered.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Velr does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification.
